Here is a wonderful example picture of a before and after brows procedure for permanent makeup that shows just how stunning of a difference these procedures can make. This one is particarly well done. This lady had very thin eyebrows, almost to the point of having none. With the permanent makeup eyebrow procedure, the technician was able to darken and highlight the entire brow line making a pronounced and natural looking effect. The was done using a slow progression of alternating between fine liner needles and layering with flat needles. One of the methods of layering will be to reduce the tone by diluting the pigment and then going over the are in a steadily darkening tone. See how the eyes are now more noticeable due to the intense affect of the darkened brows. Bravo!
